Let's Cook! Cooking Classes for are designed for anyone who wants to cook, has a passion for fine foods and is adventurous. We supply the chef, the ingredients, and the menu. You do the guided cooking and enjoy the cuisine.

Birthday Party!

This time is reserved for a Pizza Making Birthday Party!!! Our chef will make the pizza dough from scratch, then teach the kids how to roll the dough and make their own personal sized pizza. House-made pizza sauce is added and then the delicious toppings. Pizzas are baked and enjoyed on premise. We provide the ingredients, supplies needed and aprons for use during the class. Each child will be given a paper chef hat to decorate and take home as a party favor. Party includes a personalized birthday cake, ice cream, juice, plates, napkins, forks and the CLEAN UP! $350 for up to 12 guests.

Processed-Free Dining

This processed-free class will include a hands-on meal that each guests will make while instructed by our professional chef. The menu comes straight from the book `The Science of Skinny` by Dee McCaffrey, CDC and this meal is a staple in her own home. Menu: Cheddar Sweet Potato Wrap, mixed baby greens with a rainbow of chopped veggies, served with a sweet skinny apple cider vinaigrette. We will discuss proper portion sizes and which foods are processed-free and which are not. You just might be surprised! Friday, April 11th $40, please register for class at least 24 hours in advance

Knife Skills and Cooking Light

Join Chef Craig as he helps students become confident at the cutting board with the chef`s most important tool. Students will hone basic knife skills and practice the fundamental cuts for vegetables—mince, dice, brunoise, batonnet and julienne—as well as learn some advanced techniques. We’ll also show you how to select a knife that best fits your needs, and share tips for keeping all your cutlery sharp and well maintained at home. The menu for the class will be a Latin-Caribbean inspired taco menu with Tacos al Pastor with Grilled Pineapple Salsa.

Birthday Party!

This time is reserved for a Cake Decorating Birthday Party!!! We will provide each guest with a pre-baked 6" round cake to personalize as they wish. Our Chefs and Junior Chefs will instruct how to ice the cakes using the proper techniques and tools. Once iced, the decorating can begin with our assortment of piping bags filled with colored icing. The final step is adding sprinkles in many colors and shapes to add some sparkle to their one-of-a-kind cakes! Cakes will be placed in a box and sent home for each child to share with family and friends. We provide the ingredients, supplies needed and aprons for use during the class. Each child will be given a paper chef hat to decorate and take home as a party favor.
