Let's Cook! Cooking Classes for are designed for anyone who wants to cook, has a passion for fine foods and is adventurous. We supply the chef, the ingredients, and the menu. You do the guided cooking and enjoy the cuisine.

Healthy Italian: Light and Easy

Enjoy sauces, bowls of "pasta" and cheese-topped dishes with our healthy Italian favorites. Chef Celia will show you how to cook easy and light comfort foods without giving up taste and flavor. Celia is a graduate of the Art Institute of Dallas and creator of In the Kitchen with Celia. The menu for this hands-on class will begin with a zucchini ribbon salad and house-made dressing and then continue on to the lasagna roll-ups, cheesy bread sticks made with fresh dough and finished with a raspberry soufflé. Recipes included with this class.

Healthy Kids Cooking: Lunch Box Make-Over

As parents, we all want our kids to eat healthier and learn good eating habits that will stick with them. Kids are more likely to eat the foods that they get to prepare. In this cooking class the young chef in your family will learn how to make-over their school lunch box with healthy food options while having fun! This is also an opportunity for your child to learn some basic kitchen skills while preparing foods in this hands-on cooking class. The healthy menu includes Turkey and Baby Spinach Pinwheels with Apple Slices and Cinnamon Yogurt Dip. YUM! This class is for ages 5-8 and is approximately 60 minutes. Registration is required 24 hours in advance. **Please note, if we have less than 8 kids per class - we have to cancel, so tell your friends!!!
