Space for classes is limited and reservations must be made no later than 24 hours in advance.  You are welcome to call anytime to be put on a cancellation list for a class that has been filled, or a class that starts in less than 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made up to 48 hours in advance of class start time will receive a full refund.  No refunds or credits will be given for a cancellation made less than 24 hours before the class. Cancellations can be made by calling 903-581-2665.

When a class is cancelled due to not meeting minimum attendance or inclement weather, we will contact you by email or telephone and issue a full refund or a transfer to another class of equal value. If you miss a class for other concerns, our standard cancellation policy applies.

What to Expect: 

Great cooking isn't about recipes, it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

  • Learn fundamental skills for a lifetime of great cooking

  • Work side-by-side with other students to prepare each dish

  • Interact with classmates and the instructor for a rich learning experience

  • Classes are 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student enjoys a generous taste of every dish

  • Held in our professional teaching kitchens, each class is led by an experienced chef instructor

  • Hands-on classes are limited to 16 participants
